Return & Exchange Policy

We do not accept returns 
At Avitra, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every outfit we create. However, we understand that you may need to exchange a product in certain situations. Our goal is to ensure a smooth and transparent process for you.

Eligibility for Return or Exchange

We do not accept returns 
exchange requests under the following conditions:

  • The product received is defective or damaged

  • The product delivered is incorrect

  • There is a size-related issue

Please note: exchange due to change of mind are allowed only once per customer per order, and only if the product is unused, unwashed, and returned with original packaging and tags intact.

Timeframe

All exchange requests must be initiated within 3 days of delivery.

Product Condition

Items must be returned in unused, unwashed condition, with all original tags and packaging intact. Products that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted for exchange.

Availability

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the desired product or size is not available, a store credit will be issued.

Pickup and Shipping

Reverse pickup is available in selected locations through our courier partner (Blue Dart).
If reverse pickup is not available in your area, you will be required to self-ship the product to our return address.

How to Request a Exchange

To request a exchange, please contact our customer care team at 9033973000 during business hours (Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM). Please provide your order ID and the reason for return or exchange. If applicable, attach clear images of the product.

Non-Exchange Items

  • Customized or altered items

  • Products returned in used, damaged, or washed condition Will be non exchangeable.

Important Note

Products purchased under any Exclusive Discount, Sale, or Promotional Offer are not eligible for exchange under any circumstances.
